aucadior Posted November 17, 2009 Posted November 17, 2009 Hi! i have installed onepage and everythings works well, but yesterday the 12th customer who checkout get a error when he attemps to enter his email address, here the message that he got: there was a error checking email address,please inform it web expert about this error. it also appear that when they try to enter their address or zip^code they also get error message like : there was a error updating your billing address,please inform it web expert about this error. now the one page contribution doesn't work anymore! Can someone help? who have this error before! Quote
