But problem is once i click on that my old session id will be no longer exist. By which if some one is adding a product in his/her cart without login. then if the session id problem is started, he/she has to again add those products. can any one help me.

The solution to your problem is explained very well and very detailed in the link I gave you. Just at the beginning of the topic it explains how to create your links (using tep_ref_link) in order to keep the session id. Did you read the post? You need to read it and to do as it suggest. Thats the only way to solve your problem.
