oscthumb error: no paramaters specified

hey guys, i installed oscthumb and it completely took over the site and refuses to let it load. here is what i get:

i installed gd library, exif, and ImageMagick on my vps server but nothing is helping.

i just had the server support rebuild apache along with php and no luck. does anyone know what it could be?
