Size order incorrect after adding new size

I figured out how to add a new size finally, however, it is coming up at the end of the list, instead of in the correct order.

 

I tried to number sizing like this:

001

011

111

 

So that they would come out correctly, and all the previous sizes do come out correct.

 

But the new size I added (004) goes at the end, instead of after 001 and before 011.

 

Current sizes are:

006.5

009

011

013

004

 

I want the 004 to move up to the top.
