Changing Font Colour Color in Product Listing?

Hi guys

 

I did a quick search for this but couldn't find the answer, hence this post.

 

As an absolute newbie I've been struggling to put togather a website to sell our embroidered clothing and decals. One problem I have is the colour color of the font used in the main body of the product listing. U'm guessing this is defined somewhere in the style sheet :'(

 

The default colour color is grey on a white background and it doesn't contrast enough for my liking. So what I want to do is to change the font colour color. You can see the problem in the link below:

Can someone tell me where/in which file I can do tis?
