Configure Permission Problem

Hi guys after a fresh install I get this:

 

Warning: I am able to write to the configuration file: /home/pullingy/public_html/catalog/includes/configure.php. This is a potential security risk - please set the right user permissions on this file.

 

At the top of the screen and I have already tried changing them to 644 and 444 and it still says this.

 

Any ideas?

Never mind fixed it, used the file manager in the cPanel to fix it.
