If the first, then pretty much any of the meta tag contributions, other than Header Tags SEO, will do what you want. But if you want to get the most benefit for your shop, then Header Tags SEO is the only choice, but it is the most difficult to install too. So you need to decide which is more important to you - easy to install or more benefit to your shop. The good thing with it, is that it works. if you also check his other contributions, and there are quite a few, there are other add ins that you could install to improve your store, and they all work together.
