What did GD say the problem was? Did you send out a newsletter, or any other bulk mailing, and get cut off because you exceeded some sending rate cap? Have you (or the entire server) been blacklisted as a spammer? Can you tell if emails are going out, but being deep-sixed somewhere (ISPs are blocking them as spam), or are they not going out at all (GD has cut off your email, or mail is broken)? Have you made any changes to your site since mail last worked? Has GD upgraded anything, such as PHP or MySQL versions, or lowered email sending caps, or turned off register global variables? What version of osC are you using? What contributions or mods have you added?

i do not send bulk emails, and i did not made any changes to my site, i do not nkow if GD made any changes to the server, my version is V2.2 RC2,Here is what GD guys tells me:

"Thank you for your response. If you are using relay-hosting.secureserver.net as the relay server and port 25 as the port for sending mail then this should function properly. If you are still having issue when using this information we will need you to provide the full text of any error messages being received. You may also want to contact the support line for osCommerce to see if they can provide additional information regarding the cause of the issue."

Do you know how your outbound email is set up (in osC)? Is it going through a relay server for some reason, rather than being sent out directly by osC via PHP mail or smtp functions? You might use a relay when you're writing emails from your PC and want to make them appear to come from your store, but for mail originating in osC, why relay?

Since it was working before, and you swear you didn't change anything, either you've been hacked or GD changed something and conveniently forgot to tell you. I'd check your program files to see if any have inexplicably recent last-update timestamps. Beyond that, I'll have to defer to someone with experience in GD-speak.
