Help Needed: How to edit contents in this box (not sure name, but close to header)

I have a box that is at the top of my website. Is is grey in color and has the following in it below

 

Top » Catalog (This is on the Far Left)

My Account | Cart Contents | Checkout (This is on the Far Right)

 

How can I edit this box to be able to add more in that box, such as other links? Also how can I make the text in that box bigger?
