Make A Non Required Field Required?

Hello Everyone

 

OK When someone buys something from us and ship to a different address from the billing address we want to make the telephone number in the shipping address a required field, this is needed by our courier company but I cant figure out how to do it :(

 

Any help appreciated

It allows you to make the telephone number required always. That's the best I can do for you at this point. It worked great for making the Company name mandatory.
