Urgent Worldpay Error - World pay email but no order in website

Hi

 

We have a website which is connected with worldpay, were it goes to worldpay to validate the payment and come back to our website.

 

But when a customer buys something they go through the checkout fine, get taken to worldpay then pay, all fine then for some reason it isnt writing the information back into the website.!

 

We get an email from worldpay but no record of the order in the website!

 

There are no errors at all, spoke to worldpay and they say everything is fine, but it looks like the callback isnt working, any ideas?

 

it also seems like Visa cards are causing all the problems, as we have had a few maestro cards working fine
