Rest of world-become free shipping?

I do not plan to ship all of the world.

 

I found it become free shipping for those countries I do not ship since I did not setup them in the shipping zones. the products are still could be checked out.

 

How to solve this problem?

You can remove all the countries from the countries table to which you do not wish to ship to. This can be done from your shop admin pages.

 

Then your customers can not set up delivery addresses in these countries or you can install one of the "Rest of the World" add-ons.

Do not delete countries since it is difficult to bring them back in the future when you need them.

 

I think it should work if write something in php, but I don't how.

 

I want to know the answer too.
