oscommerce_fan Posted November 9, 2009 Posted November 9, 2009 I was just wondering how many customers you get, I want truthful answers... We are fortunate that we are able to have a good number of loyal customers over the years. We have a steady number of customers every week (100 - combined number of old and new customers)
sky_diver Posted November 10, 2009 Posted November 10, 2009 More than likely substantial amount more than most on 3 stores. And then on 2 other shops we stand at top rank in the industry.
Guest Posted November 10, 2009 Posted November 10, 2009 I would like to think that all of my clients enjoy success with their e-commerce sites in one form or another. Sometimes, the website is only a contributing factor in the final sale of the product and in others, the website is the sales pitch, the payment and the shipping all combined. Depending on the product and the demographics, each store's success varies. I have clients who receive 100,000 hits a month on their site and have 10-15% of actual customer orders on the website, however as I previously mentioned sometimes the website acts as a contributor to give the potential customer the information they need to call, email or stop by a 'brick and mortar' store.(if one exists) Bottom line is, most successful e-stores are backed by the owner, employee's and customer support.
