Gift Certificate Module 0.67 Cert Creation Issue

Hi, Im trying to get the Gift Certificate 0.67 (http://addons.oscommerce.com/info/5698) addon woring with osCommerce Online Merchant v2.2 Release Candidate 2a.

Everything is ok until it tries to generate the gift certificate after payment. I am getting the output of DIR_WS_GCIMAGES=gc/ custno=2 directory should be gc/2 in my browser.

 

I have verified that I do have Imagmagick, gs and composite installed on my webserver. The errors I am seeing in the php log are:

utput.php:129) in /var/www/html/catalog/includes/functions/general.php on line 33

 

The gift gift certificate is available for download, it is just the display in the web page after purchase that is not working.

 

Line 33 in general.php is header('Location: ' . $url);

 

Can anyone offer me any suggestions in making this work?
