Blank Page, No error message

Hi Guys,

I am just trying out your software, I was unable to use the installation folder setup as it froze while checking the database connection so I manually ran the two sql scripts and entered the connection data into the config.php file.

I assume that should be all that is required to install the software as I could not find any documentation. I have selected mysqli_innodb and the mysqli database classes but on both occasions I just get a blank page when I try and access the store.

Can anyone suggest how I might trouble shoot this?

(I come from an asp background but have some php behind me)

I was attempting to install 3.0, I might try 2.2 as I can see documentation is included

If you're going to stay with V3 you need to post your questions somewhere here

Look at the top of this page.

This part of the forum is for osCommerce Online Merchant v2.x exclusively.

If I suggest you edit any file(s) make a backup first - I'm not perfect and neither are you.

If you ever have the same problem with v2 I can point you to a thread where someone tells how to get the site to make an error log for you.

Kind of hard to troubleshoot things when you have no clue what's the malfunction!
