Credit Class and Quantity Controller

Hi,

 

i installed credit class contribution after quantity controller and suddenly i am having blank screen while checking out.

 

i can checkout with the purchase of GIFT Voucher but when i try to checkout normally without gift voucher it gives me the blank page after login

 

anyone can help me what to look for??

 

i tried to reinstall credit class 2 times but same problem

 

before installing credit class everything was fine
