Hi,

I have installed the One Page Checkout and have followed the direction on how to implement it but I just can't get it to work. I am still getting the Login page after I hit the Checkout Button. I check the implementation several time but cannot see where I when wrong. If anyone has this problem and was able to fix it, please respond to me. I have search the forum and have not found the response to this problem.

Thank of your help.

Hi Veronie,

Did you run the sql on your store's database, also have you set enable one page checkout in admin->configuration->one page checkout

Hi Steve,

Thanks for responding. I ran the sql on my store's database and the one page checkout is not showing in the admin->configuration so I can't login to false. I revisited the steps I did but still can't find the problem. Once again thanks for your help.

Hi Veronie,

Make sure site is not using cache version, also its weird if you ran the sql it should show up in admin under configuration

log into admin then replace the index.php in browser with configuration.php?gID=7575 so it will look like this www.yoursite.com/admin/configuration.php?gID=7575

See if the one page checkout admin set up show up or is blank

Hi Veronie,

Are you ruining the sql on the right database, do you have more than one, as it sounds to me like its being run on the wrong database

Hi Steve,

I just find the time to respond to you concerning the problem you were helping me with. Thanks you for the responses, you were very helpful. It was like you said running on the wrong database. I ended up with 4 database, don't know why but went in to delete and deleted the wrong one.

Now my site is back up and I am still having a little problem with the way the checkout page looks. It's just plain and not in the boxes. The is what shows in the browser http://www.xxxxxxxxxx.com/checkout.php and not as in the example ttp://www.itwebexperts.com/onepagecheckout/checkout.php

. Don't know if you can help me with this part, but thank again.

Hi Veronie,

It seems its not picking up the stylesheet, for some reason do view source on checkout.php and search for .css

and see what you find ie what location its looking for it

I have to say thanks to you for helping me through this problem. I always search for my answers before I asked questions, but could not find the answer and here you hit the nail on the head both times. The problem is fixed for now, hopefully I don't messes up something again.

Thanks you all for the effort you guys have put into these great contributions.

Hi Steve

I thought everything was working properly but realized that some of my boxes are missing from the left column. I used only the left column and the boxes shows on every page except on the one page checkout. The only box that shows up is the Category. Thanks for your help.
