Invictus Posted November 5, 2009 Posted November 5, 2009 Hello, I've happily installed a monthly sales/tax report...it works well, but my finance person gets confused because OScommerce uses calendar months. Is there any way I can change my calendar to one adhering to the financial periods within a year? Look forward to an answer. I
Guest Posted November 5, 2009 Posted November 5, 2009 There is always a way... if you look into the code of the report you will find the section that defines months and defines days (I do not know if you noticed that you can click on the month and get the days). You can change that to be whatever periods you want but it can get a little tricky so be careful and always take a backup. Invictus Posted November 26, 2009 Author Posted November 26, 2009 Yep, there is always a way....I'll look this up..thanks. Well, I finally got around to looking it up.....and within the script I cannot see any definitions of a 'month' set out to edit. Perhaps i'm a dumb arse & someone could point me in the right direction. But the absence (or seeming absence) of definition makes me think that i need to change the calendar defs within the osCommerce tables.? Any ideas will be gratefully received. I
