Order Total incorrect

When a customer ads more than one quantity of an item to the shopping cart...it only shows the total price of ONE of the item in the shopping cart.

 

IE if they add 3 of the same belt buckle to the cart...the order total only reflects the price of one. I have narrowed it down to the checkout_confirmation.php being the issue but am at a loss as to what is causing it. here is the code for checkout_confirmation.php if it helps
