automated email php file to customize

In the automated email: Your message has been sent! I would like to customize the fallowing email to include a personalized touch:

 

Dear <span class="greetUser">Guest!</span>:

 

 

Thank you for taking the time to contact us. We will respond to your inquiry as soon

as possible.

 

I'd like to know which php file to edit as I can't seem to find it. Thanks

When this text appear, in your browser you see http:// ........ contact_us.php, right?

 

So, the file to suspect at first is the language file (includes/languages/english/) contact_us.php

 

And there is the line

define('TEXT_SUCCESS', 'Your enquiry has been successfully sent to the Store Owner.');

 

Is it this what you mean?

Actually, what I'm asking about is the automated email that a customer receives as soon as he/she submits the contact us form. Thanks.

It's not a contribution, but a standard feature in the osCommerce Online Merchant download. I'm just looking for the .php file that sends that confirmation message to a customer that utilizes the contact sheet. I had found it before and added some HTML (store logo, products, etc. ) before. Can you please help. I know it's there. Thanks.
