Hi there

Jsut wondering if anyone can help

My website has been moved to a new server and the dsn was switched last night and all looked fine and worked fine. This morning if i go to the web site www.fabcards.ie all images are missing and the oscommerce template is gone...everything is white except for text...anyone any idea of what has gone wrong?

looks like during the merge some files got deleted or not uploaded... your images look like that because the path programmed into the website is not the same as the path the images are actually... and for the stylizing you are missing your CSS file... talk to your webhost or try to re upload the files. unfortunately there is isnt much to do with an issue in oscommerce as it has to do with the order and placement of your files on your hosting account (FTP server)

thanks for speedy reply

The files where upload a few days ago and tested in preview mode...the dsn switch took place last night and i tested it again and all was ok...is only this morning that it looks like this.

I know i tested the correct version of it last night as the new database had different items in it and displayed on the home page ...also the database name i had to change in the configuration file so i can only assume that the correct files and database where been used as i could see the new database items on the home page?

did it look like that AFTER you changed the DB name in the config file? also, did u upload files to a different folder? the root of your website is

http://fabcards.ie/oscommerce2/catalog/

is it possible the files are supposed to be in http://fabcards.ie/catalog/??

not saying thats the answer but it might be the issue

No all looked ok last night after all changes where made.......not sure what has happened but looking at the path for those images it looks like its the old path....going to move to replicate the directory i had on the old server ...not sure why it worked last night thats the mystery..

I noticed that the login and new account signup are not secured. I hope you have an SSL on the way?
