General Add on Troubleshooting Assistance

I am running osCommerce Online Merchant v2.2 RC2a

On a Apache Linux Server Server OS: Linux 2.4.21-60.ELsmp

using PHP Version 4.3.11

 

I have installed several contribs and obviously one I screwed up

Somewhere between FCKeditor_1.2 > Define Mainpage and perhaps Easy Populate v2_76i_MS2 i messed up my index.oho page.

I am seeking some simple troublshooting suggestions.

Would you say that i am on the right track or am I totally off base?

 

Before I make matters worse I am lookign for a clue to quickly resolve this issue.

 

Any pointer woudl be appreciated.
