Frustrated with shop layout

Really banging my head against a brick wall here.

 

I've added a flash banner to the top of the site and amended all links(other than main page) to point to a jpg so the movie doesn't reload every time.

 

Now all i need to do is re-align the topics "Home/new products/specials/my account/contact" beside the movie like they appear when the jpg is active

 

Can i do it! NO

 

I've tried everything i can think of, downloaded Mozilla and Web Publisher application but this didn't seem to help.

 

Please if anyone can help me with this i'll be eternally grateful ;)
