How to contact community member?

Hi I would like to contact community member : http://www.oscommerce.com/forums/index.php?showuser=247516

 

But when i trie to do it by clicking "Send me message" , I get: "The member can not use the messaging system".

So how it is possible to contact that member?

Members can choose which methods, if any to allow other members to contact them. Obviously, the member you are trying to contact does not wish to be contacted in the manner you have chosen, or does not wish to be contacted at all.
