OsCommerce tips for a noob?

A friend's asked me to look into setting up an online shop for him and was recommended OsCommerce for this.

I've installed OsCommerce and put a few items in the store using the administration log in but where do I go from here? I'd like to use paypal for payment but only have a standard account. Do I need to set up a business account with them to use PP? I've had a look on paypal but can't find any reference to a 'sandbox' for testing. What security steps do I need to take? The design and layout I can pick up from my Dreamweaver skills but don't want to make any costly mistakes regards payment and security!!

You can setup an account with paypal, not hard.

Os commerce is a start but has to be built on from there.

Search contributions for SEO header tags, URL and such. Read threads on security.
