JHistory Posted October 30, 2009 Posted October 30, 2009 The website I represent has been created using coffeecup. This software is of the WYSIWYG ( What You See Is What You Get) variety. It is made for anyone who really can't deal with making websites and because of this it completly hides and HTML code and you can't, as far as i'm aware, insert new code. So does this mean oscommerce is not compatible? Whether or not it is I would also like to know if there is a limit on the number of items we can sell using the software. We currently have more than 20,000 cards and documents, can oscommerce be used? Will it be a long and arduous task? Finally, the host has told me that the cart should be compatible with Zeus servers, any ideas if it is?... If you have had any experince with this it would be great if you could let me know!
web-project Posted October 30, 2009 Posted October 30, 2009 you can use your editor to edit/add the product description as for the rest code you need to know the php, html and css code. Please read this line: Do you want to find all the answers to your questions? click here. As for contribution database it's located here! 8 people out of 10 don't bother to read installation manuals. I can recommend: if you can't read the installation manual, don't bother to install any contribution yourself. Before installing contribution or editing/updating/deleting any files, do the full backup, it will save to you & everyone here on the forum time to fix your issues. Any issues with oscommerce, I am here to help you.
