aaanativearts Posted October 30, 2009 Posted October 30, 2009 In admin on the customer screen there is a field marked RA. Some customers have red dots and some don't. What does RA stand for and what do the red dots mean?

You'll need to determine the addon that added it or look at the code to see what it is for, unless someone is able to identify it. aaanativearts Posted November 2, 2009 Author Posted November 2, 2009 Thanks, Jan, that was it. In this screen you can see the Red Light under the RA Field. The RA field stands for Requires Authorization. The Red Light signifies that someone has created an account on your site and has entered a Tax Number. As such, they need to be approved and put in the appropriate customer group.
