prs421 Posted October 29, 2009 Posted October 29, 2009 A customer is receiving the error PHP Fatal error: Call to undefined function tep_get_address_book()in includes\functions\html_output.php line 302. This happens when they log in as a Returning Customer and they attempt to make a purchase. Does anybody have any knowledge of what may be causing this issue?
web-project Posted October 29, 2009 Posted October 29, 2009 have you installed any modules? as the tep_get_address_book is not standard oscommerce function and doesn't exist in default oscommerce-2.2rc2a. Please read this line: Do you want to find all the answers to your questions? click here. As for contribution database it's located here! 8 people out of 10 don't bother to read installation manuals. I can recommend: if you can't read the installation manual, don't bother to install any contribution yourself. Before installing contribution or editing/updating/deleting any files, do the full backup, it will save to you & everyone here on the forum time to fix your issues. Any issues with oscommerce, I am here to help you.
prs421 Posted October 30, 2009 Author Posted October 30, 2009 I didnt build the site myself so there are multiple modules which were installed outside of the realm of my knowledge, apparently this is one of them. I have looked at the address_book.php file to find any problems that may cause the error but I have no clue what to look for. Additionally, after checking the output file again, I was unable to cross reference anything it was stating with the address_book.php file.
germ Posted October 30, 2009 Posted October 30, 2009 You can find the code for that function here At least it's a function by the same name. If I suggest you edit any file(s) make a backup first - I'm not perfect and neither are you.
