osCommerce

The e-commerce.

Admin but no Catalog

I downloaded osCommerce 2.2-MS1 and installed it on a Win 2K box with IIS, MySQL and PHP4.

<tip type="Windows Install">

I had to set some file permissions manually to allow the install scripts to write to two configure.php files

</tip>

The admin pages seem to be working. (Each one does have two JS errors on each page, but the functionality appears to be there). The imported product catalog etc. is all there and viewable and editable via the Admin side. The customer side, however, appears not to actually exist. :)

The Online Catalog URL from the Admin page is:

http://XXX.com/catalog/

which of course shows this:

Directory Listing Denied

I would try to add a filename to the URL, but there aren't actually files in that directory, just a bunch of folders.

The automated install finished without error. Anyone know what's going on?

Thanks,

Hershel

XXX.com is not actually my domain name, no. I do not actually want just today to post my domain name so I used three X's to indicate that my domain name has been removed. The domain name itself is fine and the catalog files are indeed in the catalog directory. The url

XXX.com/catalog is theoretically correct but the directory is empty of files. It does have the folders Admin, CVS, download, extras, images, includes, install.

The install from XXX.com/catalog/install/index.php worked fine.

Thanks,

Hershel
