corban Posted October 29, 2009 Posted October 29, 2009 Okay... as I was fixing my Click to Enlarge image problem...which is now fixed... I messed so much with my images sizes to try to figure it out, that my small images no longer look clear. I don't remember what the original size was and I've tried so many sizes to make them clear again, I could do this forever.... the site is www.sailarmystuff.com/products. Any help is appreciated.

They look ok to me in IE8. 100 or 150 is generally a good size. None of my images are the same size, so I always leave one attribute blank. That is, I set either the height or width to 150 and leave the other blank. This keeps non square images from distorting. Tim
MrPhil Posted October 29, 2009 Posted October 29, 2009 Your site's images look OK on Firefox 3.5. Have you tried clearing your browser cache? Have you checked that you're not using browser (view) magnification of the page? I've seen that before. On FF, Ctrl-0 (zero) should cancel any you have. Since the images themselves are evidently OK, I'll assume that you're not doing something stupid like scaling down an image to really small, and then magnifying it (enlarging); or saving and resaving and resaving again a JPEG file. Both will degrade the quality of an image.
