template not showing in product_info.php

I've loaded a site to a "play" server and am using STS 4.5.6. I've gotten the template nearly done, some images still need to be finished before moving to the production server, however there is a huge problem. The template that I've created does not carry over to use in the product_info.php page. Can anyone have a look and give me some suggestions for this error?

I was actually uploading it all again hoping that I simply messed up the install, it's there now.

SOLVED! I needed to turn off the search engine friendly URL feature in the shop configuration in Admin.
