OSCThumbs not installing correctly

Hi, I'm a novice to OSCommerce and to OSCThumbs, but I followed the directions for installing OSCommerce on both my local and online servers and it worked fine on both. But When I go to install OSCThumbs on either online or my local it does not work correctly, and OScommerce ceases to function all together, the admin login works but the front face does not work. Instead of a store front I get this:

I have been looking throughout the forums reading about OSCThumbs and have yet to see this particular error, could someone please tell me what I am doing wrong.
