I created a sample account with my store to check if everything worked properly first the shipping with USPS was only using EXPRESS at checkout no matter which option I chose (priority or Parcel) It always used the EXPRESS rate. Why is it doing that? And second my tax for NY state shows up twice. it says NY tax + NY tax and then the cost. How do I take one off? Please help.
