Product Customization

Is there an add-on to oscommerce that will allow a customer to upload/email a file to the site administrators.

 

I have a site that has a basic product that the customer can customize with their own photograph. I would like to be able to have the customer upload data to the server for storage and/or emailing to the site admin after selecting one of these products.

 

I tried looking for the information, but nothing was immediately obvious. If it is on the site here, them please let me know what the article ID is.
