Shipping rate won't affect?

Hello folks,

I just finished installing both Google Checkout and Checkout by Amazon on my osCommerce site.

However, I tried both modules and realized that those shipping rates shows on my site won't

affect to checkout service.

Google shows Fedex rate (because I set it to use Fedex rate) but it is different rate

than one I have in my site and checkout by Amazon won't even show any shipping rate at all.

Does anybody who has the same issues like this?
