How can I change remove the index page and have a product page insted?

Hi all need some real help.

At the moment when the "Product Range" button is clicked on it leads the user/customer to the shopping index page as u can see.

But in my case I would like the product page to go first as I don't have much products.

So for example when the user/customer clicks onto the "Product Range" Button it should lead them to the product list which is this link;

http://inbreathe.co.uk/catalog/index.php?cPath=1

As I want to take out the index.php page and have it replaced by product list page. Anyone know how I can do this?
