How do i delete this ?

I tried so many ways but cant delete that damn value . Yes, I can change it but I want it gone .

I manged to delete the whole text from that box but still not the damn value .

 

So what do i have to change/delete in order for that value, if not possible than the entire light blue box, to be gone . Only the light blue box or the value , the rest I want to stay the same .

 

I am using the Flat Shipping Module .
