lextech Posted October 24, 2009 Posted October 24, 2009 You don't have permission to access /osCommerce/admin/backup.php on this server. This is what I am given when trying to simply click "tools" in my admin panel. This just started happening with in the last two weeks after the host had issues with the server. They said something was corrupted and it was rebuilt. I was able to resolve by going into my file manager and changing permissions manually in Cpanel. Anyone having this issue may wish to try changing permissions by hand so to speak. Mine had no checkboxes at all and I had to make it 755. RC2.2a

Check its set to the correct permissions and have a look at it and compare to a fresh version Did your host say what was corrupted, and what they have done to fix it?
