dblevins Posted October 22, 2009 Posted October 22, 2009 I am using the programme to build a download web site. At first glance everything appears to be working fine. But I have just discovered today that if the sales process is abandoned before the sale is complete but the requsted items are left in the shopping cart that the link still becomes active and the customer can then download the fles and delete the items from the shopping cart. Thereby getting the items without paying. The sale is not recorded in the sales list and can only be discovered by searching the sales history of the customer concerned. Even then it shows a sale has been made but does not flag up that it was not paid for. Can anyone guide me as to what is wrong with my configaration

I can recommend: if you can't read the installation manual, don't bother to install any contribution yourself. Before installing contribution or editing/updating/deleting any files, do the full backup, it will save to you & everyone here on the forum time to fix your issues.
