thehobbyden Posted October 22, 2009 Posted October 22, 2009 I have just built my website using OS commerce and I have hit a snag I need a 3rd decimal place in the product weights to allow for items that are only a few grams in weight can anyone tell me how to do this. At the moment when I enter 5g as .005 the shipping calculates at 0 kg ontead of .005kg.

I don't know where to change the amount of decimal places, but you could enter all your weights in grams rather than kg. Then you won't need the decimal places. I have one site that uses weights and I entered everything in ounces. Some items have very large numbers, but I also have some small items that are .5 ounce. Tim
