Can i hide prices from non-registered people?

All,

I need a little help. I am using osCommerce as a shop for my Herbalife products that i sell as i am soon to be registering as a Distributor.

 

If i bought a website from Herbalife to sell the products via it costs £40 GBP a month which i don't see the point as there are other very good Shopping carts out there.

Herbalife has now changed the ruling from 01/10/2009 no Distributors are allowed to show the prices of the product unless that person registers.

 

Is there a way to hide prices until someone signs up to the shop?

 

Sorry this may have been discussed before but i am a little urgent for an answer to it, if anyone can help that would be much appriciative.

 

I have put £0 next to all the products at the moment but when i update them in the admin section at a later date i only want registered users to see the price.

Them solutions all see to be a little awcrad for me. I have to do the one before the other as per the instructions on the download.

 

I'm trying to modify the pages as it says to add things in and replace text, but i just cant get it right then i end up with error messages as i clearly didnt do it right. I made a backup of the original files i altered so i just re-uploaded them so the shop is working again but were back to square 1.

 

Is there an easier way to install the above options, or does anyone have the files that you have to change already pre-done?

Any help is appricitve, i need Guests to see no price & registered members to actually see the price of the product that has been set.
