Categories and sub directories tech question

This is how my site is set up. I created and set up my entire site and then I created a sub dir and copied all files into that site. Before you ask... the sub dir is user name/pw protected for members only and the root is a front site for them to explore and look around and when they click to buy I have a redir 301 in place to carry them to the actual membership site. Its just a mirror site and you do not realize that it switched.

When surfing on the membership site the address is //catalog/sub. My problem is when you click on a category when using the subdir site the domain address shows the root address (//catalog) instead of //catalog/sub. Everything else on the site shows the correct path except the categories. After copying the files I did change the 2 config.php files to reflect the correct path. My question is: Am I missing another file somewhere that I need to change the path? I experimented with a fresh install of OSC and did the same thing and it worked just fine so I know it can be done.

This is just a WAG (Wild A$$ Guess)....

In the admin set "Use Cache" to false

Save it.

That might make a positive difference.

Then again, it may not....

If I suggest you edit any file(s) make a backup first - I'm not perfect and neither are you.
