Sounds like you want someone to offer you a dropshipping serive, a website/hosting and a feed so you can have the products and add your own mark up. theres lots of people that offere that kind of service, I would be very surprised if anyone allows you to ciopy a site and have higher prices than the original site any other way. Getting better with mods but no programmer am I.
