Now I want to add this "support ticket system" in my osCommerce Online Merchant v2.2 . Kindly tell me the procedure in brief either direct from admintration side or from code, that how will I install this "support ticket system" and to bring it in use. I've started oscommerce few days back so i m at quite beginner level. thanx in advance SHAHAB

Anyway, you are lucky, spooks wrote a guide about how to install a contribution, strange that you didn't find it in your search PS.
