Active countries: 2 countries with different flat fees?

Hello all,

With the contribution 'active countries', I am having a problem with the related shipping costs per country.

 

I would like to define:

 

• for country A: shipping cost := flat fee a
  
• for country B: shipping cost := flat fee b
  

This works fine when defining the flat fee for the first country.

The problem comes when I want to define a flat fee for the second country: I cannot find an 'add' button, and there is only 1 flat fee record, already used for the first country. So how can I a define a second flat fee for country B (the flat fee for country B is different from the flat fee for country A)?
