Guest Posted February 18, 2003 Posted February 18, 2003 I have a provider who has a script database, which included in it was an install for OSCommerce. When I attempted to access the admin/ directory it gives me two messages: Warning: Failed opening '/home/legolasc/public_html//catalog/includes/data/rates.php' for inclusion (include_path='') in /home/legolasc/public_html/OSCommerce/admin/includes/include_once.php on line 4 Warning: Failed opening 'includes/languages/english/index.php' for inclusion (include_path='') in /home/legolasc/public_html/OSCommerce/admin/includes/include_once.php on line 4 Unable to connect to database server! I'm not sure why there's a double '//' in the first warning... and I'm not seeing where or in which files to edit these 'paths'. My provider simply ran a script to install this I suppose, and it didn't exactly setup properly. I was also wondering if I had to define a MySQL database before setup. Normally all the scripts I've ran in the past generate it's database and is editable and expandable. Hence... my SQL skills have greatly deterioriated, but I can manage. Any help would be wonderful!
