What I'm trying to do is add in a form on my checkout_success page that the customer fills in after they've made their payment and then it gets sent to my email address. Can anyone point me in the right direction on the code I'd have to use to do this on checkout_succes? I did use a free form generator - emailmeform - but when I copied and pasted this code into my checkout_success page it doesn't actually send the info to my email add. Thank you so much in advance!!
