you can use the font tag to resize it if you want.

 

like:

 

<font size="1">Your text here</font>

 

Just adjust your font size until you get what you like.

I would make sure your 'testimonial' page is only written by you, and not something customers can write to (like a text entry form and submit button). There is a contribution called "Customer Testimonials", but it is really unsafe unless you can sanitize the input real well. I wouldn't recommend using it.
