PHP and Win2k problem - HELP!

Hi

I am trying three days now to install the oscommerce in my computer with windows 2000 server but when i try to view the site (oscommerce) with internet explorer a lot of times instead of opening the page (ex. http://localhost/catalog/default.php) i get a message that say: " no input file specified" and the weird is that a lot of times i get this message in pages which i have opened previously normal.

For example i open the page localhost/catalog/default.php and opens normally. Then i follow a link for example i click on a category and i get that message (no input file specified) and then i click back or i rewrite the full path to default.php and i get the same message for this page too. I click refresh or i restart internet explorer and still can't open default.php and afterwhile or after a restart of my computer for example default.php opens normally

PLEASE HELP!!!!!!!!!

I just installed MS1 and got the same problem. This is my second installation of oscommerce on the same server - the first works fine but the second gives me this error on startup.

Please let me know if you hear anything ...

Regards,

This solved my problem. Turns out that I had hard coded a doc_root= directory in my c:winntphp.ini (Win2000 server install). As soon as I removed the doc_root=? , everything worked perfectly.

Hope this helps,
