I followed the link provided and downloaded the program that was supposed to work automatically but no luck. I do not know if it is a .htaccess password. How do I find this out and where in my cpanel do I change it? I have over 500 items in my store and can't bear to think about starting all over... HELP!!!!!!!! :'( "Help. After a month ++ in the hospital, I am finally home and can't login to my site because I can't remember password and username. Is there a way for me to retrieve it or reset it?
